Hampton Inn Laredo

I really like this hotel. The staff is absolutely fantastic, the room service is always polite and has a smile. The only down side is (like most places) is the breakfast. Not a fan of powdered eggs and turkey sausage, but that's the cost staying at anyplace now days. That being said it is o e of my favorite Laredo places.

Overall stay was okay with the small challenges at this sit. It is near the highway but the noise is not evident until your outside. The elevator is currently out for maintenance and the hot-tub is also broken. Room didn't have a mini-fridge so that was a bummer for drinks. Having known this ahead of time I would of booked elsewhere but I like my rooms to be accessed through the inside and not outside.

Had a very nice room and it was constantly being cleaned every time I left and came back I left the cleaner a tip 100% recommended this place

This place is top notch. What makes it so great is the awesome staff. Friendly and professional. I had 2 problems with my room. First I had some ants. It’s been extremely hot and dry and they wanted some water! They sprayed and took care of it immediately. Later that same day my AC unit stopped blowing cold. It was 110 degrees out. They moved me to a new room. They handled it professionally and without any question. Due to work I was there for a week. Breakfast was always good. The staff knew me by name and were always friendly. The front desk staff were special. But housekeeping and maintenance were also extraordinary!!! I will be back!

Hilton hotels never fail. Very clean and well designed comfortable rooms.

It was a great location close to shopping mall, lots of different food places and was really quiet even though close to freeway. Pool and the patio area was nice. Hot tub was out of service but oh well. I had issues while here but overall it was a good hotel. The rooms were comfortable , it was clean, there were no bugs noticed, nice bath towels and they had breakfast but I think it was below par. Coffee was just water basically. I bought instant coffee packs instead. Overall I would recommend.

Excellent services, why you ask. Front desk well mannered young man. Respectful, well informed on local issues, very helpful! Got to our room, open door and a burst of coool A/C greeted us! Room was super clean and was impressed with king sized bed. Sheets were very fluffy and comfortable, very spacious washroom. They even called us a couple of minutes later and asked if everything was okay in the room, that was a good touch thank you Hampton for the great customer service and would definitely stay here again. One more thing the pool was open and very clean as well!

These hotel is actually very nice and clean to rest on our way to Mexico, friendly staff, soft comfy clean smelling pillows and the breakfast was very decent, the check in ladies and room attendants were so polite. Will definitely consider this hotels for future trips.
